Localize provides software, services, and expertise to manage local and specialty food products in retail stores. We see a future with increased trust across the food supply chain and stronger connections between shoppers, food businesses, and retailers. Localize works with grocers, food producers, and third-party certifiers who want to make this a reality.

Work within design, communications, and data roles. Actively understand the technical details behind all staff positions and strive to create technical continuity for the long-term success of the project. Actively ask questions, challenge assumptions, and improve the Localize system, particularly as it relates to the Localize score, the accuracy and transparency of communications, and the overall program focus.

Responsible for:
- Implemented Agile development processes
- Defined the roadmap for the Localize platform as it grew from 0 accounts to >350 stores across North America
- Launched algorithm for matching UPC codes from grocery inventory lists to the Localize database, a key advantage in acquiring new clients
- Developed the "Localize Score", helping measure how local food is relative to a user's location, a key feature that differentiated Localize
